Refund and Returns Policy

Cost: Orders under Rs. 399 have a shipping fee of Rs. 40. Orders above Rs. 399 qualify for free shipping across India.

Estimated Delivery: Orders typically reach you within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout.
Multiple Shipments: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. While we aim to meet estimated timelines, delays beyond our control may occur. We’ll keep you updated in case of any delay.

Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track the status of your order in My Account → Orders, 24 hours after dispatch.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products. Here’s how it works:

Return Request: Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via email or chat.
Review Process: Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.
Product Pick-Up: If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 5-7 business days. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship, and we’ll reimburse the courier charges to your account or wallet.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.

How to Cancel: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by calling us at +91 7505658601 (Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm). If the order has been dispatched, please follow the return process.
Mavrine Cosmetics’ Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice and may verify orders before shipment.

Can I Return Part of My Order? Yes, items eligible for returns can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
