- In their original packaging.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
